We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Intern to join our team remotely and help elevate our online presence.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

✅ Assist in developing, scheduling, and posting engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
✅ Research industry trends and create content that resonates with our audience.
✅ Help create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
✅ Write and edit social media captions, blog posts, and other digital content.

Community Engagement & Growth

✅ Monitor social media pages and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
✅ Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
✅ Assist in building and nurturing an online community by participating in discussions, groups, and trending topics.
✅ Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to increase reach.

Analytics & Strategy Support

✅ Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics.
✅ Provide weekly reports on engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance.
✅ Suggest improvements based on performance data and social media trends.

Campaign & Event Support

✅ Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, events, and initiatives.
✅ Help promote webinars, workshops, and live sessions on social media.
✅ Coordinate giveaways, polls, and interactive content to boost engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar), and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Creativity: Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and content storytelling.
Communication: Excellent writing and editing skills for social media posts and captions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and keep up with social media trends and algorithm changes.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, eager to contribute ideas, and take initiative.
