Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations, business growth, and financial performance of Keemsy Consulting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, driving organizational growth, managing finances, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring the company’s long-term profitability and market positioning. The CEO will engage with stakeholders, foster innovation, and uphold the company’s values and vision while inspiring a high-performance organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
• Proven skills in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to ensure efficient business processes and long-term growth
• Experience in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and build client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, communicate effectively, and foster a collaborative work culture
• In-depth understanding of marketing, technology, and AI-driven strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
• Extensive experience in executive leadership, with a successful track record in scaling businesses
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to innovation, integrity, and customer-centric excellence
