Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Engineering and Physical Security. The COO will oversee business operations, develop and execute strategic plans, and ensure seamless integration of engineering and security functions. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing financial and operational strategies, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational goals. The COO will also lead analytical initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation to deliver high-impact security solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive organizational growth and align resources effectively.
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that promote efficiency and growth.
Strong capabilities in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial planning, allocate resources, and oversee budgets effectively.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills to lead a diverse team and maintain operational excellence.
Proven experience in the engineering or physical security sector is highly desirable.
Advanced degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
