We are seeking a skilled UX and Visual/UI Designer with 4-6 years of experience to create functional and visually appealing user experiences. This role combines user experience (UX) and visual/UI design, requiring expertise in wireframing, graphic design, and reusable components. Proficiency in Figma is essential. The ideal candidate will help shape our customer experience by designing intuitive and engaging digital products.

What does the job involve

• User Research & Documentation: Understand customer needs through research and document personas, journey maps, and story maps.
• User Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user needs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
• UI Component Design: Design menus, tabs, widgets, navigation elements, and search fields.
• Mockups & Prototypes: Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes to showcase functionality.
• Graphic Design: Create original designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback.
• Usability & Responsiveness: Identify and resolve UX/UI issues, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
• Style Consistency: Maintain adherence to brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and imagery.
• Feedback & Iteration: Adjust layouts and designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s.
• Experience working with software development teams in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
